Dear all teams, coaches, and team leaders, 

On behalf of China ROBOTC, a Signature Event Partner of this first class international robotics competition, I'd like to invite teams in your region to participate in the 2025-2026 VEX Robotics Asia Open Signature Event Championship.

China ROBOTC Academy is a VEX Robotics partner who host VEX Asia Open and VEX hardware distribution in China since 2015. In addition, we also partner with Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy and Intel Corporation to deliver robotics curriculum, AI solutions and certification programs to educational sector of China.

December 18 to 21, 2025 (All events, all divisions apply)

Terms and conditions:

1. 14 Days Before the Event: Full refund will be issued.

2. 7 Days Before the Event: A 75% refund will be issued.

3. 3 Days Before the Event: A 50% refund will be issued.

4. After December 17, 2025: No refund will be available.

5. Name Change: Registered Name changes can be made before the event at no cost. No change allow once the event start.

6. Refund Processing Time: Please allow 15 days after December 21 to process any refund.        

7. Currency: All payments are to be made in US Dollars.

8. Payment Verification: Please provide the wiring document along with the team number as proof of payment and refund.
